Plan
Prepare a Lodge Outline of the history, membership profile and roles within the Lodge; which leads to the development of a Lodge Plan setting out the programme for meetings, social events and community engagement.
Engage
Provide information to new members on the elements of a Lodge meeting that will enable them to be participants and not just observers. Support new and younger members to learn more about the principles of Freemasonry.
Attract
Promote the Lodge and generate interest in becoming a Freemason using contacts such as friends, family, colleagues and social media. Explain the shared values of Integrity, Friendship, Respect and Charity.
Retrieve
Identify members not regularly attending, understand and appreciate why a member is less interested than they once were. Having identified the reasons, take action to address the causes and find solutions.
